At pettoon.shop, each product is custom-made just for you — featuring your pet in our signature cartoon style. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a limited refund and return policy, as outlined below.

📦 All Sales Are Final

Since all items are made-to-order and customized based on your uploaded pet photo and theme selection, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

Please be sure to double-check:

The photo you upload
The spelling of your pet’s name or custom title
The product type and shipping address

🛠 If There’s a Problem With Your Order

We want you to be thrilled with your pet’s transformation! If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or there was an issue with print quality, we’ll gladly help.

✅ We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

The item arrives visibly damaged or defective
The wrong product was sent (e.g., wrong variation or missing item)
The artwork or print has major quality issues that were not caused by low-quality photos

📩 To request a replacement or refund, email us at hello@pettoon.shop within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A short description of the problem

❌ We are unable to offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Spelling errors or incorrect info provided by the buyer
Low-quality or unclear photo submissions
Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or global events beyond our control
Orders delivered within the stated shipping timeframe

⏱ Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Replacements will be reordered and shipped at no extra cost.
