At pettoon.shop, every item is made-to-order with your custom cartoon pet illustration. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

🕒 Processing & Production Time

Each order includes custom artwork and product printing. Here's what to expect:

Custom Illustration Time: 1–3 business days after receiving a clear pet photo
Production Time: 3–7 business days depending on the product
Total Prep Time Before Shipping: 5–10 business days on average

🌍 Shipping Time & Regions

📦 Estimated Delivery Time:

USA-made items (e.g., wall clocks): ~2 weeks (including design, production & delivery)
Other products (e.g., mugs, totes, metal signs): ~3–4 weeks (shipped from our trusted global fulfillment partners)

✈️ Shipping Coverage:

We offer free shipping to most regions, including:

🇺🇸 United States & Canada
🇪🇺 Most of Europe
🇯🇵 🇰🇷 🇸🇬 Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.)

⚠️ We currently do not ship to countries with restricted delivery service or unstable customs processes.

Free Standard Shipping is included with all orders to supported countries.

🚨 Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. In most supported regions, customs fees are rare for the product types we ship.
