1. Overview

Pettoon.shop ("we", "our", "us") creates and sells custom cartoon pet illustrations printed on a variety of products including mugs, tote bags, wall clocks, metal signs, and digital artwork. All products are made-to-order based on the photo you submit.

2. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that the pet image you upload is your own or that you have permission to use it.
You are responsible for ensuring that the photo submitted is clear and meets the guidelines provided.
Orders cannot be changed once processing has started. Please double-check your customization details before submitting.

3. Product Creation & Fulfillment

All products are custom-made and printed on demand.
Most items are produced by trusted partners in China. Some select items, such as our wall clocks, are made and shipped from the USA.
Production typically begins within 24–48 hours after your order is received and approved.

4. Delivery

Digital cartoon files are delivered via email within 3–5 business days.
Physical products are delivered in approximately:
• 2 weeks (USA-only wall clocks)
• 3–4 weeks (all other products)
We offer free shipping to most regions, including North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a printing error.
If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@pettoon.shop with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by pettoon.shop is original and remains the intellectual property of pettoon.shop.
You may use your purchased cartoon art for personal use only.
Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork is not permitted without written permission.

7. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used only to process your order, deliver your products, and communicate with you. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
